DJOOROOBIDINY
Teaching for reconciliation
KAYA, WELCOME TO THE 2022 DJOOROOBIDINY WEBSITE
Teachers at our school were encouraged to plan experiences for their students to develop empathy for the histories, cultures and experiences of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait islander peoples through the use of authentic literature and meaningful experiences. The School community celebrates this learning with 'Djooroobidiny' ('Go along happily') - a website which exhibits the fruits of the children's learning.
